This preamble is for introducing to one of the biggest making a photo that I know: The picture of the Black Hole.
This picture, apart of the knowledge that we get from it in the future, has been fruit of work of many scientific communities around the world called Event Horizon Telescope. As I understand, if we wanted a homemade photo of this black hole, we would need a Earth size camera. Thus what this communities did was take pictures in many diferents places (places with a telescope) while The Earth was rotating for two years for finally to make the puzzle.
The photo is so boring to see, but I like thinking if it says anything about the habitants of The Earth, or about the scientist, or rather about natural scientist communities.
That's all for today, if you have an idea about what says this picture, how could made this photograph of other way leave a comment.

Wow Cristian!
ResponderEliminarWhat a good choice! When I started to investigate about this, it caused in me a lot of admiration to those people who made it possible.
There was also an image taken from Chile in Alma, it impresses me because I had the honor of knowing a bit about it.
I love!

Hi, Matilde, Did you know to Alma community? I liked this story because the way to approach the problem of how take the picture impressed me, I would like to make something similar with our studies (or know some experiences in humanities-social sciences).
